    Upload your pet’s photo and tell us the details. If we need a clearer reference, we contact you within 24 hours. You approve the preview before your order joins our making queue.

    We carve, shape, and hand-color your pet’s portrait. Estimated production time is 2–4 weeks. We accept a limited number of orders each month to give every keepsake the care it needs.

    3. Your Approval, Then Shipping

    We send a real video of your finished keepsake and discuss any minor refinements before you approve it for shipping. Every order includes a packaging video and free shipping.

Will my photo work?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet’s eye level, ideally in natural light without filters. The face, eyes, ears, and distinctive markings should be visible. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos. You can upload up to five images, up to 10 MB each. If you are unsure which photo to use, contact us before ordering.

How long does production take?

Estimated production time is 2–4 weeks. To ensure quality, we accept a limited number of orders each month. Transit time is additional and varies by destination. Check your product page for item-specific information.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Change-of-mind requests are subject to the cancellation windows measured from payment: a full refund within 24 hours, a 50% refund after 24 hours and within 48 hours, and no change-of-mind changes or cancellations after 48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer free shipping on all orders to the destinations available at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable. See our Shipping Policy or contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can deliver to you.

How should I care for my order?
