Welcome to Pawrelic. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using pawrelic.com and purchasing our personalized pet keepsakes. In these terms, “Pawrelic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of this store; “you” means the person using it or placing an order.
Please read these terms and the policies linked below before ordering. By using our store or making a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms. Nothing here removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
1. Store Access and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Our store is intended for adults. Use accurate contact information and keep your account access details private. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Use the store lawfully and respect other customers and our team. We may restrict access in response to fraud, unlawful activity, or a serious breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
2. Orders, Payments, and Billing
Check your selected product, personalization, contact details, and delivery address before submitting an order. You authorize payment of the amount shown at checkout through the payment method you choose.
We may contact you to clarify your pet photo or order instructions. We may decline an order where payment cannot be verified, the requested work infringes another person’s rights, delivery is unavailable, or we cannot fulfill it. If we cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and refund the payment for the canceled items promptly.
3. Products and Handmade Variation
Product pages describe the materials, size options, and personalization offered for each item. Our keepsakes are handmade interpretations of your pet’s photo. Small differences in carving, texture, finish, and color can occur between individual pieces. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear.
These characteristics do not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Contact us about any concern so we can review it.
4. Customization and Pet Photos
Provide clear photos and accurate names, spelling, and customization instructions. We work from the materials you submit; please tell us promptly if something needs correcting.
You must own, or have permission to use, any photo or other material you provide. You give Pawrelic and the providers involved in your order permission to use those materials to create, check, deliver, and support your keepsake. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos.
Marketing use of your submitted photos or personal story requires separate permission, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy sets out the full terms. For change-of-mind cancellations of custom orders, the current windows are measured from payment:
- Within 24 hours: cancellation with a full refund.
- After 24 hours and within 48 hours: cancellation with a 50% refund; the remainder covers materials and labor.
- After 48 hours: production has begun, and change-of-mind changes, cancellations, and refunds are unavailable.
Email your order number when making a request. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. These change-of-mind limits do not exclude remedies for confirmed defects or incorrect items, or other rights required by law.
6. Production, Shipping, and Packaging Videos
Our current estimated dispatch time is 2–4 weeks. Check the product page for item-specific information. This is the time before shipment; transit time is additional and varies by destination and service.
Before every order ships, we record its packaging and send you the video. We also send tracking details when the order ships.
We offer free shipping on all products to the destinations available at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Import charges not collected there may be payable by the recipient where applicable. Review our Shipping Policy for address corrections, tracking, delivery concerns, and customs information.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video if available. Keep the packaging for review.
7. Prices, Promotions, and Availability
Prices, available products, and offers may change for future orders. Your checkout shows the selected currency, item prices, discounts, and applicable charges collected by the store. Promotions apply under their advertised conditions.
A later price change does not change the agreed price of an existing order. If a material pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an additional amount without your agreement.
8. Website Information and Errors
We aim to keep product and store information accurate, and may correct spelling, pricing, availability, or other errors. Contact us before purchasing if a detail is unclear. Corrections to website content do not remove obligations for existing orders or your rights under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Pawrelic branding, original product photographs, text, and website designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may browse and use the site for your own shopping. Commercial reproduction or use of protected content requires permission from the relevant owner.
Rights in materials you supply remain with you or their original owner, subject to the limited order-related permission above.
10. Reviews and Feedback
Reviews and feedback should reflect your own experience and respect others’ privacy and rights. Do not submit misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. A review submitted for publication may be displayed with the relevant product or store review feature.
We may moderate unlawful or irrelevant submissions. This does not restrict your ability to share an honest opinion about a product or your experience with Pawrelic.
11. Personal Information and Shopify
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle order details, photos, cookies, and privacy requests. It also provides access to our Your Privacy Choices page.
Shopify hosts this store and processes information about visits and purchases. Our Shopify enhanced services may incorporate information from your interactions with Pawrelic, other merchants, and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and supporting providers, including providers in other countries, to deliver these services.
See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify’s separate processing and privacy rights. Purchases from this store are transactions with Pawrelic.
12. Third-Party Tools and Links
Some features or links lead to services provided by others, including payment services and social platforms. Review the provider’s terms and privacy notice when using those services. We do not control external websites or their content; our use of service providers does not remove our obligations to you for your Pawrelic order.
13. Prohibited Uses
Do not use the store to commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, harass others, submit deliberately false information, distribute malicious code, send spam, access another person’s account, or interfere with the store’s security or operation. Unauthorized automated collection of protected content or personal information is also prohibited.
14. Website Availability and Liability
Website features may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control. We cannot promise continuous or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect business losses arising from use of the website. No exclusion in these terms applies to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes applicable product warranties, refund obligations, or remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.
15. Third-Party Claims
Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate Pawrelic for reasonable losses from third-party claims caused by your deliberate breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to losses caused by our own fault or limit any protection you have under applicable law.
16. Ending or Restricting Access
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the store, or address a breach of these terms. Restricting website access does not itself cancel a paid order or remove existing refund, support, or statutory rights.
17. General Terms and Updates
These terms, the policies linked here, and the product and order information agreed at purchase describe our agreement for your order. The Refund & Return Policy governs return and cancellation details, the Shipping Policy governs shipping details, and the Privacy Policy governs personal information.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it for future circumstances.
We may update these terms for future website use and new orders, showing the revised date above and providing any notice required by law. Updates do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
If a dispute arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law.
